Beni Stabili Siiq announces the subscription of a preliminary agreement for one asset in Palermo, located in via Federico Imperatore, for a total amount of 13.7 million, substantially in line with its book and market values.
The property has a total GLA of around 25,000 m² and belongs to the 'Fiat' portfolio.
The closing is planned for April 2012.
