Beni Stabili has announced that it has signed a preliminary contract for the purchase of a retail property, located in Via Verri in Milan, owned by the Zegna Group.
The purchase price is €28 million. The transaction will be financed partly in cash and partly via lines of credit available to the Group.
The transaction closing is scheduled to take place by the end of the year.
