After the completion of the acquisition of a retail gallery in the center of Paris last November, Banimmo has signed a new agreement for the acquisition of a retail complex at the ground floors of a number of buildings in Rouen.
This complex develops an area of 2,848 m² and is located in the historical center of the city.
These surfaces are, with the exception of one unit, completely rented and generate a recurrent income of 847,000. The investment price, costs included amounts to .12 million.
Banimmo does not contemplate important renovation works but will proceed within the two coming years to a repositioning of current rental conditions.
