Babis Vovos International Construction S.A. signed the final purchase agreement on the 16th October 2006, for the assets owned by ETMA S.A. and HELLATEX S.A., in the area of combined urban regeneration and development of Votanikos, located in the district of Elaiona in the municipality of Athens, with a total land surface of approximately 100,000 m², at a price of €31,280,000 and €18,720,000 respectively.
The aforementioned land plots are located within the borders of the Metropolitan intervention and combined urban regeneration and development of the areas of Alexandras Avenue and Votanikos.
