AXA Real Estate appoints Riccardo Dallolio as European Head of Transactions (UK)

AXA Real Estate Investment Managers is pleased to announce that it has appointed Riccardo Dallolio as European Head of Transactions.

Based in London, and reporting to Anne Kavanagh, Global Head of Property Services Group, Riccardo's role will be to source and secure large pan-European transactions with the support of local experts. He will be responsible for coordinating all transactional activity in Europe.

With over 13 years in the real estate industry, Riccardo has extensive pan-European experience in real estate transactions. He joins after six years at Grove International Partners, where he was a partner responsible for the origination, execution and management of real estate transactions and gained experience across a number of asset classes.

Between 1998 and 2005 he worked at JP Morgan Investment Banking and JP Morgan Partners Real Estate Group. Riccardo holds an MSC in Finance from Bocconi University and studied at The Wharton School of Business.

In 2010, AXA Real Estate undertook €2.7 billion of transactions, and given the increased level of activity in the first half of this year, which totaled in excess of €2.13 billion, this number is expected to increase for 2011.
