The founders of the Awon Group Mark Inch and Robert Waterland together with their partner Soros Real Estate (Grove Partners) confirm the sale of Awon Asset Management to STE.
Awon Asset Management consequently will cease to service third parties becoming the dedicated asset manager of Société de la Tour Eiffel (Chairman Mark Inch).
Robert Waterland Managing Director of Société de la Tour Eiffel remains at the head of Awon Asset Management.
Frédéric Maman is Director, in charge of asset management and investments.
Jérôme Descamps, joint Managing Director of Société de la Tour Eiffel is the Chief Financial Officer for both entities.
Robert Waterland comments:
In the context of integrating STEs management as forseen in our original business plan and requested by shareholders, we have decided to retain the Awon brand as a measure of continuity.
The new STE subsidiary consists of a team of 20 professionals. In addition to the day to day management of the SIIC, the team has some €150 million of acquisitions in hand, as well as selected disposals.
