Aupark extension in Bratislava to reach its original planned extent (SL)

The construction of the long term planned project of the HB Reavis Group, the extension of the successful shopping and entertainment center Aupark began on January 9, 2006. The total leasable area of Aupark after the extension will be over 58 000 m². This will provide space for larger business operations and add internationally known chains to the retail offer.

Developer HB Reavis Group has begun the second phase of the Aupark project after a long period of preparation. The complete concept originated at the end of the 90s and nowadays it has started to be implemented.

Its exceptional success, increasing numbers of visitors and demand from retailers confirmed the previous intention to extend the shopping passages, which will offer approximately 14 400 m² extra GLA. More than 30 retail shops and services will be housed in the new part of Aupark.

The completion of the extension is planned for 2007.

Part of the project will also be the provision of first class office premises Aupark Tower with a total GLA of 29 130 m².

Access to the wide variety of services in the shopping center Aupark, good visibility and accessibility and ample free parking for tenants' visitors constitute additional advantages.

The developer of the project is the HB Reavis Group and general supplier of the construction is HB Reavis Management. The overall investment in the project is Sk 2 billion.
