Ann-Sofie Danielsson, NCC's Financial Director, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of NCC. Since corporate staff functions will be coordinated as of March 1, the Finance unit and the current Finance Director, Charlotte Z Lindstedt, will report to the CFO. Ann-Sofie Danielsson has been employed by NCC since 1997.
Mats Pettersson has been appointed Vice President Human Resources at NCC. Mats Pettersson is currently Human Resources Manager at NCC Construction Sweden and, in addition to this position, he will now also be responsible for coordinating Group-wide HR matters within NCC. He will assume his new position on March 1, 2007. Mats Pettersson has been employed by NCC since 2005, when he joined the company from a position as Human Resources Manager at Manpower.
