Ankara's biggest outlet center, Optimum, has become the biggest outlet center in Turkey. Located on the west side of the city Ankara, Optimum Outlet and Entertainment Center is one of the most visited shopping centers of Ankara.
The developer and investor Renaissance Shopping Malls Inc. stated that Optimum will become a model project for the future plans. As a proof, to confirm their success phase 2 of Optimum Outlet and Entertainment Center has been opened at November 18th.
Renaissance worked with Oncuoglu Architecture and Planning as design team and Alkas Consulting for leasing&management consultant.The total investment has reached $60 million. Renaissance President Mr. Erman Ilýcak said: "The Optimum concept has been very successful up to now, and we will continue to develop new Optimums all around Turkey."

Its unique location, located directly adjacent to the Ankara Ýstanbul motorway, provides incredible accessibility and visibility. Optimum was a destination for 3.6 million shoppers in 2005. With the completion of the second phase Optimum offers 45.000 m² retail and leisure areas in 75.000 m² closed area. With strong anchors, a hypermarket, cinema complex with 12 screens, bowling and 3.500 m² leisure center, the new target is to attract even more customers from the whole of Ankara.
