Anixton has been mandated by O'Mahony Holding for the sale of the Century Center, a property with a mix of functions, ideally situated near Antwerp's Central Station.

The 12,239-m² shopping area hosts quality brands such as McDonald's, Media Markt, Bart Smit, Blokker, Zeeman, and Kipling.

Shortly, the 'Art Deco' offices (12,048 m²) will be fully let to tenants including the Belgian Buildings Agency and the National Railways (SNCB/NMBS)

In the medium or long term this site could also be used for a total or partial redevelopment.
