SN Properties Ky, a new property fund launched and managed by Amplion Asset Management Oy, has acquired a retail portfolio in Finland from a Danish owner. The portfolio consists of 37 properties with total leasable area of approx. 31,000 m².
The main tenants in the portfolio are Nordea Bank Finland Plc and Sampo Bank Plc. The portfolio is geographically diversified around Finland. The parties have decided not to publish the purchase price.
"This transaction is based on Amplion's capacity and experience to actively manage assets in the nationwide portfolios. In today's challenging debt market conditions we are satisfied for the financing structure for this kind of transaction," says Amplion Group's CEO Timo Nurminen.
