AMB Property Europe B.V., an affiliate of AMB Property Corporation, a leading owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced it has leased 11,000 m² to an electronics solutions company. The facility, named AMB Schiphol Distribution Center, is now fully leased. The customer will use this facility to provide electronic product supply chain solutions to a broad range of industries across Europe.
AMB Schiphol Distribution Center is situated in Schiphol-Rijk Industrial Park, part of the main distribution area for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, which also includes Schiphol-Zuidoost and Schiphol-Oost. The facility has convenient access to the A4, A5 and A9 motorways.
