AM Development starts new project in Koszalin (PL)

AM Development Poland, owned by the Dutch-based AM Development, are to begin their first project in Poland. Located in Koszalin in northern Poland, it will consist of a shopping gallery, a do-it-yourself store and a hypermarket.

The initial plans for the project are for a 20,000 m² net shopping gallery, with the remaining 12,000 m² divided between the hypermarket and the DIY store. An entertainment complex is also being considered by the developer. AM Poland 2, a subsidiary of AM Development Poland, won the tender for the plot on ul. Gnieznienska last week – beating off rival Foras Targ¢wek II with a bid of PLN 33.28 mln.
