The Board of AM Development is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr M.A.C. (Marcel) Kokkeel as from 1st March 2006. Marcel Kokkeel will succeed Jaap Gillis and initially be responsible for overseeing commercial activities and strategy in The Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany.
During his career, Marcel Kokkeel (47) has held several management positions in the property sector and has considerable international experience. He is presently acting Chairman of the Board of Bouwfonds Property Finance and a member of the Management Board of Bouwfonds. Marcel Kokkeel's former positions were as CEO at Ahold Real Estate Europe and as a member of the European Management Board at Royal Ahold N.V.
