Allianz Real Estate acquires second asset in Brussels (ΒΕ)

Allianz Real Estate has purchased SA Express South, a company holding an office building in Brussels. The asset located in the center of Brussels near the Gare du Midi was sold by a fund belonging to the Generali Group.

Built in 2008 and fully leased by SNCB Holding subsidiary Tuc Rail (consultancy and engineering), the building totals around 10,731 m² of offices. It is also a highly performing building regarding energy efficiency.

"We are pleased of this acquisition, which is the second of the Allianz Group in the district of Brussels, after South City acquired in December 2010. This new transaction underlines our interest in the Belgian market and Brussels in particular." said Olivier Wigniolle, CEO of Allianz Real Estate France.

In this transaction, the seller was advised by CBRE.
