Allianz Real Estate acquires office building in Levallois-Perret (DE/FR)

Allianz Real Estate has announced the acquisition of an office building in Levallois-Perret on behalf of French companies of the Allianz Group.

The asset of approximately 20,000 m² is leased for a fixed term of 10 years. The transaction totaled approximately €115 million.

Allianz Real Estate was advised by Uguen - Vidalenc & Associates.
