Allianz buys Stettiner Carree office building in Berlin (DE)

Allianz Real Estate Germany has purchased the Stettiner Carree office building, located at Caroline-Michaelis-Strasse 5-11 in Berlin's Mitte district, on behalf of various Allianz companies.
The property was sold by subsidiaries of Global Asset Capital, a private equity investor with real estate properties of approx. €1 bln. The investment volume amounts to around €210 mln.
The office building is fully rented out long term to Deutsche Bahn AG. The property was constructed in 2004 and covers approximately 61,500 m². About 470 parking spaces are available in the basement car park and outside the property.
The well-developed office location is close to Berlin's Nord-Bahnhof (North Railway Station) and has excellent transport connections and attractive infrastructure.
