The first buildings of phase three will be completed by spring 2012.

During phases one and two of the Airport Business Park (completed by 2009) over 12,000 m² of warehouses and offices were built. These premises are now fully leased to companies DHL and Avon.

According to Airport Business Park CEO Laimis Marcinkevièius, a rental agreement with VBH-TBM is already signed and the first buildings of phase three will be completed by spring 2012.

"We will double the size of the project to 24,000 m² of floor area and 6 ha of land area. The expansion will take place on a prime location even closer to the airport. It will include not only warehouses, but also retail, service, office and other buildings," he said.

Director of the future tenant VBH-TBM Rimvydas Sadukas is also sure about the qualities of the project and the positive trends in the Baltic market. "After the crisis ended the construction market is on the rise and so are our sales. We want to serve our clients better and for that we need new modern premises. We have chosen Airport Business Park because its developer can be trusted and also because the place is convenient for us".

Ogmios Group offers construction based on the build to suit model. The buildings can be sold, leased, or leased with an option to acquire them at a later date. Additionally, Ogmios offers its clients a full spectrum of services (legal, getting the necessary permits, preparing designs and blueprints, consultations). This way of doing business is geared at foreign multinational companies.

Ogmios Group's Chairman of the Board Arunas Zemaitis added: "The location of Airport Business Park is extremely visible. These are the first views seen by every person arriving in Vilnius by plane. I am sure that this is a great location for any foreign investor."
