AIG/Lincoln Polska sells Diamond Business Park Łódź (PL)

AIG/Lincoln Polska have sold their warehouse/logistics/office project - Diamond Business Park £ódŸ - to AIB Polonia Property Fund LP. This is the company's third sales transaction of Diamond Business Park after the projects in Warsaw and Piaseczno.

Diamond Business Park £ódŸ is located in the Widzew district of £ódŸ, only 6 km south-east of the city center. The site has a total built area of approx. 60,000 m². The first phase of the projects amounting to 20,000 m² was built in 2000. The second and the third phase of additional 40,000 m² was delivered in 2005. The property is almost entirely let to a mix of international tenants, including: TBD, DHL Logistics, C. Hartwig Warszawa, Gillette, Kaufland, JAS FBG and Wincanton.

AIG/Lincoln Polska is responsible for the Property Management of Diamond Business Park £ódŸ.
