AG Real Estate acquires 113,000 m² logistics property in St Martin de Crau (FR)

AG Real Estate capital has acquired one of France’s largest logistic properties in St Martin de Crau for €65 million. The 113,000 m² property was originally developed by French developer PRD for Castorama.


The building was built on a plot of land sold by Gemfi (Gicram Group) and aims for both the HQE and BREEAM (Good) certifications.


The logistic property is leased to Conforama for 11 years.
