AFI Europe leases 100% of the office space in AFI Park 3 with the leasing of 6,000 m² to TELUS International Europe (RO)

AFI Europe Romania completed the leasing of the first three office buildings in the AFI Park project with the signing of a 6,000 m² preprelease agreement in AFI Park 3 with TELUS International Europe, part of TELUS International, a provider of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and contact center solutions to clients around the world.
TELUS International Europe has leased 5 floors in AFI Park 3 for a period of 5 years.

The construction of AFI Park 3 began in June 2013 and the building is planned to be delivered to its tenants at the end of this year. AFI Europe has previously signed a pre-lease agreement with British held IT Company Endava Romania for four floors in the third building of AFI Park with a secured option for additional spaces to be leased according to Endava’s expansion plans.
Following this recent agreement with TELUS International, with the entire AFI Park 2 occupied by Electronic Arts and with AFI Park 1 fully leased, AFI Park managed to achieve a 100% occupancy rate for the office spaces in the first 3 buildings.
