Adgar Postêpu Sp. z o.o. announced the opening of the first phase Building A of the Adgar Plaza development and at the same time that the construction of second phase Building B of the Adgar Plaza office complex is on the way with a delivery planned for October 2009.
Jones Lang LaSalle, the exclusive agent on both Buildings, has been involved in the commercialization process since the beginning. Anna Aleksiejuk, at Jones Lang LaSalle said: "Since our appointment in May last year, we have leased over 50% of office space in Adgar Plaza Building A. As for the Building B, a number of agreements is under advanced negotiations. Therefore, we expect that before occupancy permit is granted (planned for Q3 2009), the majority of space should be leased."
Among tenants who already have signed the lease agreements are: Antalis Poland and MAP Polska, Biuro Informacji Kredytowej, Urzàd Zamówieñ Publicznych and Euromaster (Michelin). They start to move from May this year.

Tenants appreciate the fact that from September 2009 the modern Conference Centre located in Building A, will start to operate.
