Activum SG brings new partner into team (UK/DE)

Activum SG, the European real estate fund investor and manager, has enlarged the team with a new partner. Richard Wartenberg reinforces the company focusing on acquisitions and asset management strategies since the beginning of the year.

Richard previously worked for Apellas Asset Management covering acquisition, asset management and disposition of commercial value add assets. Starting at Apellas Asset Management in 2006 he was responsible for the acquisition of commercial value add assets and later focused on the asset management, leasing and finally executing the sale and liquidation of these assets.

Prior to this he was Managing Director at Polis and Bouwfonds Asset Management Germany. He was responsible for acquisition, letting and sale of commercial assets. Earlier in his career, he worked for the Behne Group, now called HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung, and also for RSE Projektmanagement AG.
