ABN AMRO sells her office on Damsquare in Amsterdam (NL)

ABN AMRO has sold her office on Damsquare in Amsterdam. The property was sold for approximately €32 million, what comes down to almost €10.000 per square meter. The buyers are private investors.

The property contains about 3.300 m² of lettable office and retail space and ABN AMRO will lease back 725 m² of office space for a period of 10 years. The remaining square meters will be let.

Van Dijk & Ten Cate Real Estate Agents have accompanied this tender on behalf of ABN AMRO Global Property, after a pitch was held between several real estate agencies.

A select number of parties have been invited for this tender by Van Dijk & Ten Cate and had the possibility to give a binding offer within two weeks. After the contract had been awarded by ABN AMRO, the legal delivery had to take place within seven days.
